5.2 LOGIN (Command)

The purpose of this command is to allow a user to identify themselves to a StormBot via password and not rely on conventional hostmask recognition. The information provided by the LOGIN command is used by StormBot to verify a user's identity before allowing access to sensitive channel commands or information.

This command requires the user know their handle on the bot in order to properly identify. The syntax of the command is as follows, with bolded information being what users must fill in:
